It has a wide selection of materials including doors, windows, bricks, mantles, and flooring.

The warehouse began soon after the Heritage Alliance was founded in the early 2000s. The space was secured by Dr. Kennedy and he also secured the donation of the first items that filled the warehouse. It was first managed by their Preservationist Jenny Parker and then Justin Sanders.

After that, it has been operated by volunteers.

They have had two whole houses donated to the warehouse in pieces throughout the years!

Proceeds from sales go into maintenance for the building and into the Heritage Alliance’s educational programs.

The warehouse is appointment only in the winter months, but it is open from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. the first and third Saturday of every month from April through September.
