There’s no better place to experience Eclipse Day than Tennessee’s Oldest Town. Celebrate this galactic event on Monday, April 8 from 1 to 5 p.m. in downtown Jonesborough.
Businesses will provide free eclipse glasses and free MoonPies inside their stores. There will be free activities for kids with the help from NASA retirees who live in Jonesborough. Additionally, Jonesborough celebrates a birthday, marked with a grand space-themed birthday cake for attendees to delight in.
This event is free and open to the public. Attendance at the 2024 solar eclipse is highly encouraged as the next eclipse will not be visible in the area.

This event is hosted by Jonesborough Area Merchants & Service Association (JAMSA). For more information, visit Jonesborough.com or call the Jonesborough Visitors Center at 423.753.1010.
