Student Film Festival 2019

The McKinney Center will be rolling out the red carpet on Thursday, November 7 at 6 PM to welcome the young film students who will debut their films for the public for the first time. This year will mark the sixth annual Jonesborough Student Film Festival, a night to celebrate the achievements of students in the McKinney Center’s Film Classes from the spring and fall of 2019. Soups & Songs: Christmas with the Yarn Exchange 2019

Tickets $25 Available: Kick off the Holiday Season on December 2, 2019 at 6 pm with the Jonesborough Yarn Exchange and the Jonesborough Novelty Band in their annual Christmas Caroling Sing-Along. This year’s show is perfectly seasoned, as audience and cast sing together a collection of favorite Christmas Carols that are sprinkled lightly with holiday stories. Free and open to the public from 6 to 7 p.m. at the center. The event will begin with a student art exhibit and refreshments. Classrooms and hallways will be filled with the artwork of all ages ranging from children to adults.
