Danielle Marie Fitness will host Fitness in the Park every other Thursday starting May 11 and going through July 20 at 6 p.m. at Jimmy Neil Smith Park, behind the International Storytelling Center.
Fitness in the Park is a small group workout where you’ll focus on cardio, core, HIIT, circuits, and more. It is open to all ages, all levels and is coed and family-friendly.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or towel and some water. Fitness in the Park is free, but donations are accepted. This class This event is weather permitting so be sure to check on Facebook for updates.

The fitness series is hosted by Danielle Marie, a fitness trainer who has been working in the industry for over 13 years. She began as a personal trainer, then opened her own CrossFit Gym, and now owns a ladies-only personal training business.
