Spies Like Us (1985)

Two misfit low-level CIA agents are turned into decoys bytheir superiors and sent to Pakistan to distract Soviet agents from discoveringthe genuine American spies in the area. However, the two bumbling buddies endup making more of a difference in the cold war than anyone expects.
