Join the ChesterInn State Historic Site and Museum on July 20^th at 6:30 pm as wewelcome Dr. William Kennedy.

Dr. Kennedy’stalk is entitled “Jonesborough’s Historic Porches and Bay Windows: Form,Function, and Flowers.” He will be speaking about the architectural, as well asthe social function historic porches have served in Jonesborough’s history. The program will begin at 6:30 pm in the JonesboroughVisitors Center. The program is free and open to the public!

The 2023 seasonof History Happy Hour will run from April through November with a new programevery third Thursday of the month. The full schedule is available on theChester Inn’s Facebook page and the Heritage Alliance’s website. If you can’tattend History Happy Hour in person, each program will be livestreamed to theChester Inn Museum’s Facebook page.
