Eureka Bites offers an array of choices from their famous eggs benedict to biscuits with gravy and several options in between. Katelyn and Blake, Inn Keepers at The Historic Eureka Inn, wanted to provide guests a full Southern breakfast, so when they took over they added a dining room to do just that.
Then in 2017, they opened their doors to the public for breakfast and brunch. With Blake’s background in hotel management and Katelyn’s restaurant expertise, fusing together their ideas has created a genuine dose of hospitality that you can’t get anywhere else.
